To use the Bot, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old.
• Agree to these Terms of Service.

4. Payments

4.1 Refunds

All payments, made through any payment methods, are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by us.

4.2 Patreon

• Users can subscribe to our Patreon to receive rendering credits.
• Patreon subscriptions are billed on the same day of each month, corrisponding to the subscription day.
• Credits will be added to the user's account only after successful billing.

5. Rendering Requests

• Users must submit Blender projects in a format specified by us.
• We reserve the right to reject any project that does not comply with our submission guidelines or content policies.
• Render times may vary depending on the complexity of the project and the current queue.
• All data uploaded by the users will be stored for up to 30 days, to ensure sufficient storage space available. Each of those files will be deleted exactly 30 days after its upload date.
• Paused tasks consume user credits just like running tasks, because they prevent other users to access the GPU used for such paused task, therefore keeping the GPU reserved.

6. User Conduct

By using the Bot, you agree not to:

• Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Upload or submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on any intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Bot's functionality or security.
• Commercial use of your renders is allwed, as long as you credit NextRender, with a direct URL link to access its service.

7. Golden Hour events

• Each user can earn a free rendering ticket only once per Golden Hour event.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain more free rendering tickets is not allowed.
• To claim your free rendering ticket, you need at least 1000 followers on each of the platforms where you share the screenshot of the congratulations page.
• The support staff reserves the right to revoke or not distribute free rendering tickets if they notice exploits of any kind.

8. Intellectual Property

• Users retain ownership of their original Blender projects.
• By submitting a project for rendering, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and render your project.
• We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or submit.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Bot's operation or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Bot.

11. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

By submitting your contact information to NextRender, you agree to receive SMS messages related to account verification. - Opt-Out Policy: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS updates but may still receive emails as part of your service agreement - Message Frequency and Rates: Message frequency will vary depending on your service requests and account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated through the Bot. Your continued use of the Bot after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
